This policy explains what personal data Caerus LLC ("Caerus", "we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We keep it short, because we collect very little.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form and email

The contact form on this site does not store or transmit data to our servers. It prepares an email in your own email application. When you send that email, we receive the information you chose to include — typically your name, company, email address and project details. We use it to respond to your enquiry, prepare proposals, and manage a business relationship if one develops.

Technical data

Our hosting provider may process standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operation of the site. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no tracking cookies by default. One value is stored in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

3. Legal basis

We process enquiry data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where consent is required (for example, optional analytics in the future), we ask for it first and you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share enquiry information only within the Caerus network of companies (Caerus LLC, Caerus Strategies, Caerus Consulting) where necessary to handle your project, and with service providers such as email hosting, under appropriate safeguards. Because the Caerus companies operate across Armenia, Hong Kong and mainland China, handling your enquiry may involve transferring correspondence between these locations — we limit this to what the project requires.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as legal or accounting obligations require.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

request access to the personal data we hold about you;
request correction or deletion of that data;
object to or request restriction of processing;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; if you prefer, you can share sensitive project details with us through channels agreed after first contact.

If we change this policy, we will publish the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
