Stage 01
Product development & engineering review
Before a factory is chosen, the product itself has to be right. We work from your idea, drawings or CAD files and make them manufacturable.
- Design-for-manufacturing (DFM) review of CAD files and drawings

- Component quoting — including assembly, packaging and shipping
Stage 02
Prototyping, samples & tooling
Nothing scales before it is proven. We manage sample production and tooling with the factory, and you approve every step.

- Sample iteration until the specification is met
- Pre-production runs before any volume commitment
Stage 03
First batch, full production & assembly
Once the sample is approved, we take the product into volume — with our team physically present at the factory.
